Hello, I am Sonia Nahabedian and essentially, enthusiasm was how Sap N Honey Boards flourished into my passion business. Not only do I have an entrepreneurial spirit, but I also love cheese! It brings me joy to host and entertain family and friends, while also creating food art.

In fact, my journey began on one particular day as I was preparing several charcuterie boards for an intimate party, when I stopped to notice the immense joy I felt while I was artistically preparing each board. My husband was one step ahead of me and was preparing and branding my wood boards straight out of our garage. With the support of family, friends, and community Sap N Honey organically and enthusiastically blossomed.
Savory, sweet, salty, crunchy, soft are the staples of our interaction with food. A gathering of these intense flavors brings enthusiasm to our taste buds. Enthusiasm also radiates among those gathered around the food to entice their taste buds and encourages a common human connection- an intimate, yet communal rejoice over food.
Each cheeseboard is unique and features items specific to each season or holiday. New ideas are always enthusiastically dreamed up and created.

What are some meats and cheeses you include on your boards?
Some of our favorite cheeses include brie, manchego, aged chedder, gouda, goat cheese, boursin, and seasonal or unique finds. Our meats include, Italian dried salami, hard salami, Genoa salami, Chianti red wine salami, summer sausage, peppered salami, prosciutto, Coppa salami.
Can I customize what I want on my board?
We would be happy to accommodate to your dietary preferences and restrictions. We offer vegetarian and gluten-free options. Contact us, and we will do our best.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We would prefer 24 hour notice if possible, however, we do our best to accommodate same day orders.
Do we need to return the wood boards or gift box?
No, the wooden board, gift box and all other serving options are part of your purchase that you get to keep.
Can you use my board instead of one of your boards?
If you have a board or platter that you would like to use, we can happily customizing something special just for you. We can either arrange pick up and delivery of your board, or you can drop it off.
Do you deliver or can I pick up?
We offer delivery for a fee. Either contact us or see our “Calculate Delivery” section to get an approximate idea of what delivery will cost. You may also pick up from us.
